“Vasudaiva kutumbakam”-one family ,which says that we all human beings and other living organisms on this earth stand as a family with all the wealth that the earth has gifted us. The biodiversity is balanced due to different climatic changes that we experience in a year. But with the alarming developments, these wealth are getting depleted and the consequences would become worst if this continues. The universe we believe comprises of five elements that are: Akasha(space), Agni(fire), Jal(water), Vayu(wind), Bhoomi(land) without which we can’t survive. These elements are compared to various SEASONS namely, spring summer, monsoon, autumn, fall winter and winter which glorifies our earth. Henceforth, we are responsible for the betterment of our earth and to protect it. The main theme of this dancedrama is to create awareness in people that human life would be impossible without the proper balance in flora and fauna. This semiotic presentation brings a rich diversity of dance, music, feelings, expressions and miming the whole process of man trying to beautify and protecting our mother earth. This presentation comprises of finer aspects of Bharatanatyam and other dance forms. The concepts here are as per “RUTU SAMHARA” written by great Indian poet Kalidasa. It also inherits songs and concepts of poets like Kuvempu, D.R.Bendre, William Shakespeare, John Keats and Thomas Nash.
